Facing Problem with Negative Keywords on Google Ads

Hello! I am facing a problem with negative keywords for my shop appliance campaign. Yesterday I marked irrelevant keywords negative, and the very next day, the same irrelevant keywords were still running in the campaign on Google Ads. Please suggest some solutions to solve this issue, as I am getting unnecessary clicks on these irrelevant keywords. Thank you in advance.
