Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, login details, approvals, and any other required material on time. Any delay in sharing the required information may affect the project delivery timeline.
3. Revisions & Policy Modifications
Flymedia Technology reserves the right to make changes to service packages, pricing, timelines, or policies at any time without prior notice. Any additional work outside the agreed project scope may be charged separately.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership Control
All website designs, marketing campaigns, graphics, content, and digital assets created by Flymedia Technology remain under our working control until full payment is received. Once the full payment is completed, the final approved deliverables will be handed over to the client as per the agreed terms.
5. Third-Party Dependencies
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting companies, domain providers, payment gateways, search engines, social media platforms, or any external technical issue beyond our control.
